How long does it to process my order?

For regular orders, it generally takes about 3-5 business days for processing after you place an order. For orders including restocking or pre-order item(s) will take longer time for processing. Please notice more details on the product description.

Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a notification email. We do not ship packages on weekends or holidays at this point.

If your order consists of Pre-Order item(s), we ship the entire order out when the pre-order item(s) is ready. 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change an order once it is placed in the system.

Wrong shipping address?

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us via Instagram or at service@roselili.com right away.

If for any reason, a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.

If you need to change shipping address after the package leave our facility, there is a chance that we won’t be able to change the address. Customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer support for assistance.

  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 USD for most of the locations.
  • Holiday Special Note:
    Chinese New year is coming. Please kindly be advised that our office will be closed from 1/21/2023 to 1/27/2023. Furthermore, we will be available to answer any queries via email if you require assistance. We may respond to your email inquiry within 3—5 days. Any orders placed during the holiday will be processed and shipped after 28th January in a timely manner. Your understanding will be highly appreciated if our holiday brings any inconveniences.

How to track my order?

Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in China. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order. Please allow extra processing time for the latest tracking status to be updated as local couriers may experience slight delays.

What to do with lost package?

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer support right away. If the tracking shows the package is delivered while you do not receive it, please provide proof of lost package with your order information at service@roselili.com.

After an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered on order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Duties & Taxes

  1. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred when you ship your return items to us. We would NOT responsible for local taxes and duties. Customer should responsible for all the extra charges.  
  2. When you decide to return, please remember to contact us first. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
